Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, work your arms or core, we’ve got a class with a spot just for you. BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encourage- ment, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

BODYSTEP

Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BODYSTEP™ – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. In a BODYSTEP workout you can expect a mixture of upbeat, rhythmic stepping, with squat and lunge patterns to work the legs. Combine this with movements like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises, and the result is a fun, uplifting, full-body workout! Don’t worry, there’s heaps of options so that everyone leaves feeling successful.

BODYFLOW

Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYFLOW® is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life.
During BODYFLOW an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy.

BODYCOMBAT

BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.

ZUMBA

A Zumba class combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using principles from aerobic and fitness to achieve cardio and muscle-toning benefits. . In everyZumba lesson four core rhythms are always present: merengue, salsa, cumbia and reggaeton.

SILVER SNEAKERS

SilverSneakers is a comprehensive program that improves overall well-being, strength and social aspects. Designed for all levels and abilities, this program is generally provided by your health plan at no additional cost. SilverSneakers provides access to fitness equipment, group exercise classes, social networking, online education and a sense of community. With more than 13,000 locations nationwide, you can visit any one of our locations at any time. If you are new to exercise, don’t worry, nearly half of our members had never been to a fitness location before joining SilverSneakers! Remember to wear comfortable shoes and loose-fitting clothing, and bring your member ID card to get started.

LEVELUP

LevelUp is a 45-minute total body workout with the perfect combination of cardio training (treadmills and row machines) and resistance training (dumbbells, body weight, and suspension training).  Within each 45min session your coach will provide you with constant guidance and motivation as you push yourself to intensities that will cause your body to continue to burn calories up to 48hrs post workout (EPOC-excess post exercise oxygen consumption).

LevelUp allows a group of individuals to train together while still reaching individual health and fitness goals via real-time heart rate monitoring. 

LevelUp is rest-based training…we train smart by pushing until we can’t and resting until we can.


LevelUp is more than a workout session, it’s a workout experience created when all participants push past barriers to new levels of fitness.
